1. Unlink Your Account & Stop Access

• Log Out Everywhere: Open the app or web portal, go to your profile/account settings, and log out of all active sessions.

• Uninstall App & Clear Cache: Delete the APK/app from your phone. Go to your browser settings, navigate to Privacy & Security > Site Settings > Data Stored, search for  , and select Clear & Reset.

2. Request Account Deletion

• Contact their customer support or help center directly through live chat or email within the app/site.

• Request a complete deletion of your registered mobile number, payment credentials, and personal details from their servers.

3. Revoke Payment Permissions

• Open your UPI apps (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.) or banking app.

• Check under AutoPay / Mandates / Connected Apps and cancel any active auto-debit authorizations linked to the platform.

4. Block Notifications & Communications

• Block any SMS headers or WhatsApp contact numbers sending registration OTPs, promotional codes, or deposit reminders.

• Mark emails from the domain as spam to stop receiving marketing campaigns.
